当时自己办学位证毕业证证明的时候，是去档案馆办的。65一份，
简直就是QJ一样。
但是自己翻译又怕出错，一恨心花了130元办了。
没想到档案馆办的还是有些小错误
我改正了以后，贴上来，供大家办理的时候参考。

学位证：
可以用A4的纸，首先将原件复印，然后缩小到适当大小。放在A4纸上端
下端是翻译件，去校办盖章。
