                    As a person with great enthusiasm in computer science, I 
have not only gained a solid academic background, but also 
developed a strong researching ability from years of hard working on 
it. To get a deeper understanding in this area and to realize my 
long-term goal of being  an expert on the cutting edge of scientific 
development, I plan to pursue a graduate degree in Canada, where 
computer science is highly developed.                                    
                                                                            
I learned that ******* University has 
strong faculty and an excellent academic program in computer science. 
After some contacts with Dr. ******, a professor in ******* 
University, I also learned that the research areas of the Computer Science 
department, such as ***, ***, and *** are suitably paired with my interests. 
So I submitted an application for admission in Nov. 2000. In Feb. 
2001, I happily received an offer of admission as well as full 
financial aid from the department of Computer Science, ******* Univ
ersity and I will began my graduate study in the Fall Semester, 
2001.                                                                        
 
 
 
                                                                            
After complete my Mast
er s degree, I will go on to pursue a PhD degree in ******* 
University. After that, I will probably go back to my hometown in 
China and be a professor in ***** University, where I got my bachelor s 
degr
