Admission Standards
Qualifying for Admission to ##########
For admitted freshman Fall 2002, the middle 50% ranges are:

High School GPA: 3.35 - 3.79
ACT composite score: 22-27
SAT combined score: 1020 - 1240

These ranges are not minimum requirements; however, they do represent 
the level of competitive academic achievement among MSU applicants.

Standards for undergraduate transfer students
depend upon the desired major. There are many restricted majors 
(especially within the colleges of Business, Education, and Engineering)
 that have higher GPA requirements both for the cumulative GPA and for 
the class grades in required course work. For guidance on the 
requirements for the various majors, please see our Transfer page. 

International undergraduate applicants should show consistent academic 
performance with the equivalent of a 3.00 on a 4.00 grade point 
average or higher. Applicants must meet additional criteria for 
consideration into some majors. Applicants must send official 
transcripts of all academic work completed. If only one original 
transcript is available, a certified copy may be submitted. If a 
record is not in English, a certified English translation must accompany
 the original document.

Graduate students should consult the major department for specific 
information on admission standards. Generally, GRE test scores, 
letters of recommendation, and a statement of purpose will be required,
 as well as transcripts from undergraduate work.

Law School, Medical School, Veterinary School, and MBA applicants should
 consult the appropriate College for admission standards. Contact

申请时都有requirment,在其中查English Proficiency就可以了。一般建议你到系里面去
查，不要在研究生院查，因为不同的专业对GT的要求是不同的。所以有时研究生院是没有
GT要求的。如果实在找不到，就不要管它了。反正GT是分量很轻的因素，我想你的GT也不
会太差吧，只要还过得去，就别担心要求。

不好意思   我的GT都还没考呢   不过听别人说的起码应该>600  >2100
这个对我来说不是很把握的    可是还要申请04的  就是说只有今年的一次GT拉
我想尽力做考   
如果不理想的话   全力抓T   好象加对T的要求不是很高的吧？大概要多少呢

TOEFL>600的确是很必要的，像我今年拿OFFER的那个学校，我们计算机要求毕过600。GRE
则没那么多要求，就算有要求也是像VERBAL>500或者逻辑大于600什么的。一般GRE别想太
多。加拿大很多学校不要求G，但他们很希望你要有G。至于加拿大对TOFEL的态度吗，我觉
得还是很苛刻的。也是要过600吧。
