已经拿到的钱应该没有问题，因为那已经有了合同了。而且说Cut也只能是Cut明年的了
吧？我觉得不至于影响到今年。
但问题是，他拿到的钱，应该是只有一年甚至第一个学期的保障，那么明年如果学校这

According to my knowledge, NCSU has canceled a lot of offers and I-20s already h
anded out especially TA since TAs are the state employees. The basic principle i
s trying to use the limited money to keep all the old TA/RAs. As for this year s
new students, everything can happen. Do take your offer and I-20 as granted. Th
is situation might give you some trouble for the visa.

这种学校破产的消息还是少说为妙
学校的经费 老板的funding有多少是来自州政府呢？
很多都是来自DOE DOD NIH这些财主那里
去年就宣扬VT破产 可是去年VT照样招了不少学生
去年还有人说加州会破产，呵呵 简直是笑话
