Maybe the fact is NO. When he interiewed you, he paid little attenion on your do
cuments and other aspects except your words, and to some extent, he was persuade
d by you. After that, he maybe had a word with the other Vo(highly possible) and
 after discussion, they dispealed the previous decision.
Now it s no use complaining anything on BBS, the next interview is pending, insd
ead of emerging in the previous failure, you d better analyze your conditions an
d mistakes more than before.
The next interview maybe more interesting because both of them are surely have i
mpression of you, which maybe a good thing, you can make best of it.
