可以从邮局寄，寄普通件每件大约20元，在门口买打折邮票会更便宜，怕丢挂号在加6元
的挂号费。邮局的特快180多元，邮局的说法最多7天到（他们说的比较保守，其实不比
Fedex慢）。Fedex给学生便宜，是150左右。Fedex自称是3天就到，但事实上从美国来的
Fedex都用了6天。邮去的我也不知道用了多少天。申请材料早点寄不用寄快件，邮局的
普通件就可以了。特殊情况酌情用快件。

UPS is similar to FEDEX, and I think the speed is comparable too, but i never di
d that in Changchun before. But I guess it will take 6-7days from China to US; a
nyway, UPS takes 2-3 days to travel inside US generally, it has the overnight ki
nd of service, but cost arms and legs, I think.
