1,get Offer Letter or Admission Letter.
  Make 2 or 3 copies of it. Translate it yourself.

Take these things.
With ID and 10 RMB, get forms from the Police Office.
With Student ID or Diploma( for graduates), 180 RMB from the Education Office in
 Changchun.( on RENMING DA JIE)
Get a bunch of forms from SouthCampus (for quitting studying)

Fill all these forms by yourself. Dont  worry you will fill wrong. No one pays a
 lot attention. Just don t mistake you will come USA, not other places. 

2,Write a review or your politic behavior in JLU yourself. (of course in the ton
e of department.)
  ( if you are going to quit, get a sheet for the quitting from the South Campus
, Graduate Office. give the sign of your advisor on it)

Bring this things to Your Department, they will seal the review for the politic 
(or they will give you one they make if they are so kind.)

For Graduates, pay the graduate studying fee in SouthCampus first, all the stude
nts should pay the undergraduate fee in Education Office, where you get the form
s.
It will take you 4-7 days to get a sheet of paper from this office that indicate
s you pay all the fee.

Get the signs and seals from the president of JLU, from the CHAO YANG QU PAI CHU
 SUO on the form from the police office.


Advice: don t apply the passport too early, I will paste something about how to 
avoid the PAI YANG FEE. It s very easy. Based on my advice, 4 out of 5 people su
ceed in doing so. The only one failed is myself.
If you need pay during the this procedure, don t forget paste some notice here, 
I will difinitely reply in three days. There are a lots of way to save time and 
money, especially in Changchun.
